Eligibility & Limitations: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have computer access, an e-mail address and Internet access as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Online Vacation Center and Dunhill Vacations and any others associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

The sweepstakes does not include airfare or hotel incidentals.

How to enter: Complete the online submission form by submitting your e-mail address. All entries must be received by Midnight EST on May 23, 2008. No limit to the numbers of entries per person.
Entries will be submitted upon subscription and each time the Dunhill Vacations Member refers a friend that also successfully subscribes to receive Dunhill Vacation News.

Winning: On May 23, 2008 the winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Dunhill Vacations will announce the winning sweepstakes entry in the newsletter. The potential Prize Winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for the prize. The winning email address must be an active subscriber of Dunhill Vacations (subscribed and deliverable).  The winner will be contacted via email and have 10 days to respond, fill out the paper work and accept the sweepstakes prize. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the email address supplied, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

Odds of winning: One out of the amount of entries. For example, if there are 1000 entries, the odd of winning is: 1 of 1000. Final number of entries is unknown until the sweepstakes has ended.

Terms: Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Hotel and show tickets are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once the reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Dunhill Vacations and Online Vacation Center, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by the contestant winners.
The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, provincial, local, and municipal taxes related to winning this prize. Claiming prizes: Potential Winners must sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility (or in Canada a Declaration of Compliance), and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within ten (10) days of issuance or Prize may be forfeited.
Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for Sponsor's promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. Conditions: Participants release and agree to hold harmless Dunhill Vacations, and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries or its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the promotion, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery, participation in this Sweepstakes, or participation in any of this Sweepstakes' related activity.   Additionally, potential Winner's release and agree to hold harmless Dunhill Vacations, and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries or its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all noncompliance with the terms of these Official Rules and/or federal, national, state, provincial, municipal or local laws or regulations.   Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Dunhill Vacations is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Dunhill Vacations, including inability to access the website, submit entries or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes website, whether human, mechanical, or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption, or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Dunhill Vacations, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice at www.dunhillvacations.com. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. By entering this contest, entrants agree that Dunhill Vacations has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner are final. All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws apply. Dunhill Vacations is not responsible for omissions or errors in sweepstakes terms. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
